To check for new firmware and update your router:
Open a web browser while associated to your router's network.
Enter routerlogin.net in the address bar.
Login using your administrative credentials.
Select from the dashboard ADVANCED > Administration > Router Update.
Select the Check button to check NETGEAR's servers for a firmware update. If anything is available it will display a message asking if you want to download and install it. Note: If nothing is available you already have the latest firmware and can move on to enabling Circle with the instructions below.
Select Yes to download and install the update. Wait until the web GUI indicates that the system is ready to proceed further.
