This rack comes well packaged and all of the parts were inside. It was relatively easy to assemble. It's a very stable drying rack and I have loaded it up with many things. I haven't had any tipping problems, but I could see how it could happen if you put heavy things on one side and light things on the other. Very high quality, sturdy, moveable clothes drying rack.
