Going Old Style.
I usually avoid using filters or other strong manipulation of my images but Steampunk at the Station event at the Colorado Railroad Museum gave me a chance to try and replicate old imagery.
I used exposure compensation to lengthen the exposure time. The cool and cloudy weather enhanced the steam generation of the engine and also assisted in getting a longer exposure. I adjusted the exposure in Lightroom and then used Silver FX Pro to get the sepia antique look.
I am excited about the result.
