Yesterday, I had one of the best steak experiences of my life. Not at a fancy steak house, but in the comfort of my own home when a good friend and I chewed down on some exceedingly flavorful and tender Wagyu ribeye steaks served with a velvety homemade Sauce Bearnaise and Heston Blumenthal's now famous triple-cooked fries (or chips as the man himself would say).

I'm actually amazed that so many people are so incredibly scared of something as simple as steak. It takes nothing but a little know how and courage to cook the best of steaks at home and with a little courage you, too, can outdo your local steak house at a fraction of the cost.
