For many people, surviving anxiety attacks is an act of courage.

English poet John Keats called anxiety a "wakeful anguish" and boy as one who has had to deal with these attacks, I might use stronger language as I have felt that I would never get any relief from the fear and terror.

This is a way to ground yourself when you are aware of having an attack..it really does work and I hope it will be of help to others
